Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with The Acrylic Gardn. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

Free shipping within the domestic US. International customers, additional shipping costs may apply

Original paintings, except for commissioned paintings, framed artwork, embellished gicless and wet paintings as explained below, are shipped within seven business days.    

Framed Artwork. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your artwork to be framed.

Wet Paintings. Oil paintings take a substantial amount of time to dry, about 4-7 weeks from painting completion. If the painting is still wet when I list it on my shop, I will indicate the estimated date when it will be ready for shipping.

Embellished Giclees. Hand Embellished Giclees are made to order and require up to two weeks for production, excluding shipping time.

All artwork is wrapped with paper, padded very well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.

Most artwork will ship via USPS or UPS, and most packages arrive within 2-4 days within the US,  from time of shipping.

PRINTS  

Free shipping within the domestic US. International customers, additional shipping may apply.

Prints are made to order so please allow 5-10 business days for printing.

All prints are handled with the utmost care, packaged beautifully in paper or plastic sleeve.

Small size prints will ship flat and mounted on foam core board with protective plastic wrap while prints 16" x 20" and larger are mailed in a thick tube.

Shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail  and usually arrives within 2-4 days within the US.

NOTECARDS / SOAPS / GIFT ITEMS

Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping.  Shipping cost will be estimated at time of purchase.  Shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you live locally, you are welcome and encouraged to pick up your order in person at my studio in Rolling Hills Estates, California.   

Please select "Pick up" as the delivery method at checkout. We will connect with you after you place your order to schedule the time of pick up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipments will be sent via USPS or other carrier.  If actual shipping cost is significantly more than what was estimated during checkout, we will reach out to you to settle the difference before shipping the package. 

Border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries and are the responsibility of the buyer.  

In case we are unable to ship to your country due to postal restrictions or any such reasons, we will issue you a full refund.
